I, as the artist, have the right to decline a commission request.

I hold the rights to post the work I have made unless explicitly requested not to by the commissioner.

I hold the rights to record or stream the process of these images within the guidelines of the service I am using.

I will disclose the reason as to why I’ve declined the commission request if necessary.

If a commission gets to the point where I've made several edits in the process (10+), I have the right to cancel the commission and issue you a refund.

You can use the artwork for social media use such as video thumbnails, emoticons, avatars (profile or server), and apply to fanart or character galleries.

If it is a gift for someone, they are also allowed to use the work within the aforementioned guidelines.

You cannot repost without a tag or link to me, sell, edit, steal, trace, or use the work in an NFT or AI diffusion tools.

VTubers are allowed to monetize their video content if it has a model or emotes I’ve made. Official merch may require further conversation.

You, as the commissioner, must contact me before issuing a refund regardless of reason. I don’t mind issuing a refund, I would like to know about it before it is issued.

Refunds will not be issued if the piece is at least half finished.

All work in progress images cannot be handed off to someone else or an AI diffusion tool to finish the image.

Genga Shading: +$20

Hard Cel: +30

Soft Cel: 40 (+20 per additional light source, not including back lighting)

Painted: +20/hr

+Character: +50% base price (per character) - Add in another character into the image. The more friends the merrier!

Complex design: +25% - If the character has a lot of markings, colours, or complicated attire, there will be an additional charge due to the extra amount of time required to make the image.

Simple background: [Currently unavailable] - The background can be a simple gradient with sparkles or simple shapes set in a way that matches the character's aesthetics and personality.

Complex background: [Currently unavailable] - Backgrounds involving actual sceneries will take longer to do such as landscapes. The base price addition is at 10 but may cost more if it takes more time than expected.

Pixel art minor animation: +10* - Pixel arts can have simple animations such as a small bounce, glow, or blink for an added charge. Currently, the only other advanced animations I can offer (with a likely higher charge than 10) involve moving parts or small elemental effects like breathing a flame.

Blacklight: +40 - The character would be under blacklight conditions, which can include fluorescent paint decoration. Please let me know if there are any particular markings or hidden markings that appear brightly under these conditions!

Other Effect not listed: +??? - I'm more than happy to add in an effect or combination of things that may not be listed here. Please let me know what it is and we'll talk it over. If I cannot do that, I'll let you know but for most things, my answer is "I will try"!
